LovHer was created to encourage and empower females to be active, not only in physical activities, but also in loving themselves.  We want females to fall in love with themselves and to commit to loving themselves always, in all ways, in a way that only they can;  the way that God / Source / Infinite Intelligence does…unconditionally and unapologetically, in spite of their past and mistakes and despite any limited beliefs and/or perceived shortcomings.  

Love that little girl, young lady, woman and being you are and are becoming.  LovHer!  The her in you and the her in your fellow ladies.  You are deserving. You are enough.  You are worthy.  You are supported.  You are love.  You are loved.  You are lovable!  LovHer in a way that you become a lover of life, the life that you seek, create and deserve!

LovHer promotes sisterhood; females loving and supporting each other, holding space and compassion for one another, in harmony with unity.  We all are unique beings created to fulfill a specific purpose.  There is room for us all to achieve and succeed.  

While the name “LovHer” was designed to play on my last name “Lov” and the term “lover,” it’s also an acronym for “Lady Of Virtue, Having Everything Required” to be, to do and to have all that you could ever imagine and want.  All that you desire is available to you, no matter your age, size, race, ethnicity, color, or religion.  XoXo
