Exchange, Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Given the intimate nature of our garments/products ALL ITEMS, to include regularly priced and on sale item(s), ARE FINAL SALE.  No refunds will be provided.  However, exchanges will only be permitted if we inadvertently shipped you incorrect item(s) and/or item(s) with manufacturing defect(s). 

 

In such instance, we ask that you please accept our upmost and sincerest apology for such mistake.  We know the value of time and we wish not to waste or abuse yours, please reach out to us via email at info@lovherlife.com and allow us the opportunity to make it right!

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM(S)?

Exchanges will only be permitted if:

​

  • We mistakenly shipped you the wrong item/s (style or size).   You must email us at info@lovherlife.com within three (3) calendar days of delivery date.  Please be sure to include the following in your email:

    • Order # and the first and last name of the person the order was shipped to in the email Subject Line, eg. (Order# LH123456 - Mo Lov)

    • Details of concerns,

    • Pictures of the size tag(s) and item(s)

 

We will respond with instructions on how and where to ship the item(s). 

 

NOTE:  Please do not ship items back: 

  • prior to contacting us AND receiving our response

  • to any other address/location than what we provide to you in our email response

  • All items must be shipped back to us in waterproof packaging and in its original form; unworn, clean and undamaged within three (3) business days of delivery date.  Detailed instructions will be emailed to you after you notify us.  Upon receipt and inspection of items we will ship replacement item(s) to the original shipping address.

RECEIVED ITEM(S) WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT(S)?

Exchanges will only be permitted if:

  • We mistakenly shipped you item(s) with manufacturing defect(s).  You must email us at info@lovherlife.com within three (3) calendar days of delivery date.  Please be sure to include the following in your email:
